As a Seller
Provide hand sanitizer for use upon entry to your home
Turn on all lights
Leave all cabinet, closet and room doors open
Wipe down all surfaces after showings
If a family member is not feeling well, don't have showings.
As a Buyer
Drive your own car to showings
Wash your hands after each showing
Wear shoe coverings during showings
Do not touch surfaces while touring
If you are not feeling well, do not attend showings.
