Villages of The Woodlands:

Welcome to College Park

Comprised of three gorgeous neighborhoods, College Park is a unique village that's located on the east side of Interstate 45. Although it might be separated from the rest of The Woodlands, this community offers some of the best educational opportunities in the area at Lone Star College and College Park High School. As if that isn't enough, residents can also take advantage of College Park's verdant green spaces, a gorgeous community pool, and plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. This village is also home to Windsor Hills, The Woodlands' first dedicated active adult community.

If you're ready to learn more about College Park, I'd love to show you around the area! Here are a few details you'll want to know before you start planning your move.
